This is a section on where to find specific items that are hard to find. Things in Honduras are not organized in the same way as we are used to back home. This means looking for something specific can become quite a challenge! This is a list that may help you find what you are looking for.

This list is not a replacement for the listings and the categories: it is merly a tool to help you find specific products. We welcome your suggestions, tips & tricks!

Coffee:

  • Cool Beans serves the best coffee on Roatan, in the West Bay mall, West Bay. They also sell the Passion Coffee. Since they use a lot of it, it is always fresh.
  • M/V Gibraltar sells small and large bags of fresh Café Miramundo.

Compressors:

  • Alvarado Enterprises, Alba Plaza Unit #5, Gibson Bight.

Croissants:

  • Alba Foods has very good croissants, big size. Located in Alba Plaza Unit #1, Gibson Bight.
  • House of Meats also carries excellent croissants, smaller size. The are in Jackson Plaza, Mount Pleasant.

Dark chocolate:

  • Latitudes, between West End and West Bay
  • Mangiamo (they even have organic chocolate) in West Bay

Desserts:

  • The Bakery has 2 shops: in Jackson Plaza in French Harbour and in Half Moon Bay, in the yellow house on the beach
